Shwetank started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the United Kingdom. Shwetank is a qualified chartered accountant (UK). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham, where he was a Foreign and Commonwealth Office scholar.

Alvin joined AC Ventures with a background in finance and research. Prior to ACV, he was a management associate in Citibank with experience in risk management and product management. Previously he was a research assistant in UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he led survey team for various researches on Indonesia banking industries. Alvin graduated from University of California Los Angeles, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business Economics. During his studies, he was a board member in Indonesian Bruins Student Association
