Drawing upon her background in technology and data science, along with close to 15 years of experience in the building and construction industry across multiple countries in the APAC Region, Carolina recognised the difficulties posed by insufficient and unstructured data, as well as the lack of visualisation. To address these issues, she and her team developed a digital solution platform that simplifies overall processes and so reduces time, costs, and resource wastage in the claims management and building damage rectification process.
