Essec MBA, Actuary, 25 years of insurance experience in Asia and Europe, mainly in Motor and Health insurance, with AXA Singapore, AXA France, AIG Europe. A founding member of DirectAsia in 2009 as Group COO in charge of product, pricing, claims, call center, reinsurance and Hong Kong CEO. Sold DirectAsia to Hiscox for 55MUSD in March 2014. Started Roojai in December 2014.

Yen Ming is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has an extensive experience in strategy, brand development, marketing, sales, digital, channel management, research, customer relationship and product development spanning over more than 17 years in 7 multi-national corporations before he left to start PolicyStreet. He has headed several business divisions in multi-national corporations which includes Maxis, Standard Chartered, Citibank, HSBC and Andersen Consulting. Prior to joining PolicyStreet, he was the Director for Standard Chartered Bank spearheading digital initiatives for the bank.

Ex-Alibaba & Lazada VP. After 4+ years spent in the local and regional sales, operations and product teams of Lazada and Alibaba, I joined forces with great entrepreneurs and launched Lifepal, the #1 marketplace for insurance in Indonesia.
