Peter is responsible for the underwriting performance of the business, including developing the long-term strategic goals, underwriting philosophy, technical capability, service delivery and talent management.
Peter joined Noble Oak in 2023 as Head of Underwriting.
Prior to joining Noble Oak, Peter was Chief Underwriting Officer at Zurich and held roles as Senior Manager, Insurance Transformation and Group Underwriting and Operations Manager prior to the appointment of Chief Underwriting Officer. Before joining Zurich, Peter held various roles at RGA Australia, ING and Aviva.
Peter was awarded the Australian Life Underwriting and Claims Association (ALUCA) ‘Leadership Excellence 2019’ honour for his work in underwriting transformation.
Peter currently chairs the Life Insurance Technical Working Group at Insurtech Australia.
